If you are registered for Inverurie "GP Online System" (Patient-Services.co.uk) for ordering of your prescriptions, please do not use the form below. The form below is so that you do not have to telephone or visit us to order your prescription.

You must be a patient with Inverurie/Kintore Practice to accept your request.

The surgery may contact you if there are any issues regarding your prescription otherwise, please collect as normal from Will Chemists West High Street or Burghmuir. If you are registered for our TEXT MESSAGE service, we will message you to let you know a prescription is ready (ask us in store to register). Please do not call us to check on the status of a prescription unless urgent. The pharmacy does not monitor the return of these requests.

The GP Practice requests FIVE full working days to process prescription requests. Please allow additional time for us to assemble your items.

Double check all details - most importantly date of birth - before submission. Incorrectly submitted data cannot be processed.
